Result

On motion for directed verdict, the trial judge dismissed defense counsel’s comparative fault argument claiming that our client was speeding at the time of the accident. The judge noted that defendants presented no evidence of speeding. The jury further rejected defense counsel’s arguments concerning the nature and severity of our clients’ injuries, awarding over $1 million in total damages for both clients.
